My package arrived from Jennifer on Friday afternoon. I was sitting on the back deck enjoying the sunshine with my husband when the dog started barking at the mailman. This is not unusual so I didn't do much. That is until one of my kids came running with a box in their hands. I was really excited to dig right in and see what had came!
On top were these fun hurricane glasses with straws. My kids were frantically racing to get their hands on them to claim which one was theirs. I had to quickly show them away so that I could see into the rest of the package. The other items were all individually wrapped which was fun for the suspense factor, but I just wanted in! I was like the proverbial kid in a candy store and I wanted to get my hands on everything quickly. There was a cute pack of napkins that say "RELAX summer is here". Some fun hurricane drink mix to put into those wild bright cups. Cute as can be pink rubber cleaning gloves. I may get a little thrill out of my housework now... And my apron. I only saved it for last because it was at the bottom of the box and because it is fabulous! The drink print is mainly black with some bright drinks and yummy fruit on it.
The minute my husband saw the fabric he said, "Wow Laci, that is so you". What a wonderful compliment to receive. The top has a light pink checkered print and a light blue flowered print. They are both beautiful.
I absolutely love how the blue print is scrunched like that. I have no idea how Jennifer did that, but Jennifer, if you are reading this, please post some comments because I would love to try and replicate it.

I'm so glad you love it! Enjoy showing off with your family around:) I made the top by gathering both sides of a "doulbe the width I wanted piece, then just sewed homemade double fold bias tape. I had a blast making it and am do glad you like it!!!
